Hot damn, I'm giving myself the hardest assignment of all by making a non-Japanese character. What am I thinking? This is what I'm thinking... I don't know many Japanese celebrities. No anime pictures allowed. Oh well... I like a good challenge.
If Michael Bergeron is not allowed, I'll change it to the name I found on a Japanese Name Generator, Masahiro Watanabe. XD
Character Information:
First Name: Michael
Last Name: Bergeron
Ethnicity: American
First/Second Language: English/Japanese
Birthplace: Louisiana
Age/Date of Birth: 16, born May 14th
Race: Human
Position: Student
Blood Type: Positive O
RPG Color: Temporary Blue, when embraced it'll change to red.
Powers: N/A
Appearance:
Eyes: Amber, narrow in stature, unable of becoming too wide.
Hair: Light brown, curly, long and comes down to back of neck, but not past shoulders, bangs sometimes drop in front of eyes.
Height: 6'1
Weight: 150 pounds (For the sake of my pride... I'm much fatter in real life)
General Appearance: Michael is a middle-set character. He comes off as charming and cute, yet also a little creepy, though not as creepy as some of the vampires out there. His hair is kept long, though there were times it was cut, but he prefers it long. Naturally very curly, he is sometimes irritated with his bangs falling in front of him as the hair sometimes curls into his eyes, but no matter how much he tries to brush it back, it keeps falling again. So he just lets it lay there, not caring much for it anymore. His eyes, if you can actually see them, are amber colored. They are not very wide and cannot get that way no matter how far they stretch. His skin is a pale color, not ghost white, but definitely not tanned. His figure is masculine, but he is not muscular. He is not scrawny, however, so don't think he's easy to push over... unless you're a vampire -_- His nails are always cut short so as to prevent them from growing inside the skin. He is tall and of a medium weight, so he may look like he can easily sit on you if you're small.
Clothing Style: Michael prefers dark clothing, clothing you would never find in a church. Inside school, you'll see Michael wear the uniform, even if it is white, but outside you'll see Michael in what most would call Goth or emo attire. His shirts may fit him or be a little too big for him, but they will hold pictures that may be found controversial to most Christian beliefs. Due to his accessorizing, people point this out quite often, but Michael never finds a problem with it. If he wears a jacket out of school, it will be of black leather. Otherwise, he is required to wear the school jacket. Out of school, his jeans are also of a dark color... finally his shoes are black and short, only coming up to his ankles. He does not cross dress, so do not ask to see that.
Accessories: Michael wears few accessories. He does, however, wear a crucifix around his neck. Due to his dark attire, he gets plenty of complaints from "hardcore" Christians... then again, most students would for being homosexual. Michael does not care much for their complaints. He believes he has the right to wear what he wants to wear as their is no law saying that a goth/emo attire could not involve a crucifix with it as an accessory.

Self-picture of days back in Louisiana. His hair had been short then.
Personality:
Your Psyche: Michael hides his personality. Due to an attack that happened on him eight years ago, Michael is afraid of interacting with people he does not know. This proves to be a disadvantage as he is the new transfer student and does not know anyone around him. However, if you do get to know Michael more, he proves to be a very nice student. A writer of many different types of stories as well as a basic artist and a talented singer (so sue me, I'm like this in real life), he's willing to share any of his works of art with any of his friends, though he's a bit embarrassed to show off certain works due to whatever reasons. (Mainly his Yaoi stories, not for sex scenes, but for being Yaoi stories) He cannot handle betrayal, however, so once you become his friend, you hold the key to ending his life.
When betrayed, Michael becomes majorly depressed and it takes a lot to bring him back. The day one of his best friends betrayed him after the attack, his mother had to stop him from stabbing himself and therapy was required. There is also an angry side to Michael, however, but in this new setting, he knows he cannot let it out in case the traitor is a vampire. But when it is let out, he goes berserk and revenge is eminent as he will attempt to hurt the traitor as much as he can until he dubs that the traitor is hurting physically as much as Michael is emotionally. Of course, after that, he ends up in his room feeling guilty about it later, but when he gets in that state, he cannot control himself.
Likes: Writing, Singing, Drawing, Talking With Friends, Watching Anime/Reading Manga, Japanese Music
Dislikes: Bullies, Vegetables, Overly Religious People, Hatred of any kind
Habits: He has a habit for humming the tune from any song he has in his head under his breath. He also has an artistic habit, meaning he's always doing something in his free time instead of sleeping (except at night).
Strengths: Anything artistic, schoolwork, and online games.
Weaknesses: Socially interacting with people, Coke and Resses Peanut Butter Cups (you can get him to do anything), and fighting with people.
Phobias: Michael has a phobia of dark places due to the attack eight years ago. He also has a phobia of people he doesn't know, so he doesn't talk to people unless they talk to him. Finally, he was born, not scarred, with a mental fear of heights.
Goals: To become
Your History:
Parents:
Desie Bergeron, Father
Kim Barnewold, Mother
(Current Family, Foster Family)
Takeshi Watanabe, Father
Cho Watanabe, Mother
Siblings:
Nicholas Bergeron, Younger Brother
(Current Siblings, Foster Siblings)
Hinata Watanabe, Younger Sister
Hiro Watanabe, Older Brother
Your Story: Born in West Jefferson Hospital in Louisiana on the 14th of May, Michael was the son of slot technician Desie Bergeron and librarian Kim Barnewold. The doctors had him diagnosed as autistic due to a mental disease within him known as aspergus syndrome. Minor in stature, able to mess with not much but his emotions, this did not discourage Desie or Kim in any fashion or form and they took Michael in to raise him. As an infant, Michael was cute and fun to have around. He would often dance to music in his own fashion and he was a computer genius. Desie would often play an online game known simply as the Realm and had friends on it. Using the auto save feature, however, allowed Michael to get in and play on Desie's account. He had to explain to his friends why he didn't answer back when they talked to him.
When Michael grew up to be five-years-old, however, his brother was born and it seemed like he would get all the attention. Michael went from cute child to demonic torturer as he wanted the attention of his parents, but could not find any way to get it. He hated his brother during that time and would often find ways to try and hurt him. In school, where, at the time he was going to Charbonnie Elementary School, he made some friends, but his mental psyche drove against him at that point and if people weren't his friends, they could only be his enemies. Thus Michael, back then, was a harsh bully. In first grade, he was nearly expelled from the school, so his parents pulled him out and offered to home school him. Michael was rebellious at first, but when he realized how rewarded he would be if just did his work, he was not so against it any more. Suddenly he loved the idea of doing all of his work and getting on the computer right afterwards. In second grade, he was transferred to Westwego Elementary, and for the first time in his entire school life, he befriended the teachers and students there. But in third grade, he was sent to Strehle and that’s where the attack happened.
He was only eight-years-old and he had been making some friend, but there was a girl named Keiko who did not like underclassmen. She would often boss them around and bully them, threatening them if they dared to backtalk her. Well Michael dared, all right, and he was made the example of what would happen to those who messed with her. Keiko ended up molesting Michael in front of the whole school, publicly humiliating him and making him feel disgusting. People laughed and called him a freak, a slut, and a whore. The principal came out and stopped everything. Keiko ended up in Juvenile Hall. Desie would’ve rather seen her dead. The taunting continued for many years. Two friends made before the attack, Jackie and Isaac, did not turn their back on Michael though. They stayed with him until the very end of his time at Strehle and he was happy for it. In fifth grade, they had to stop him from killing Eddy, a student who went so far as to start beating on Michael for “being a whore.” This was the first day his berserker stage was seen and he narrowly avoided Juvenile Hall because it was his first offense. Due to this, Michael was transferred back to Charbonnie Elementary for sixth grade, the last year this sixth grade would be in Elementary School before it was transferred to Junior High in America, in hopes that he would not go berserk again, which meant that Jackie and Isaac would not be there to stop him. His teacher, Ms. Polao, ended up getting beaten up next to a near-death state, and Michael was sent to Juvenile Hall. His sentence was lessened due to the fact that they learned Ms. Polao had been insulting him and his family and letting the students walk over him, so he was able to finish up sixth grade in Elementary School and started a new leaf in Middle School.
Seventh grade found him at Henry Ford Middle School and who else was there but Jackie and Isaac, a whole grade above them. They ended up in different classes, of course, but Michael was still very happy to see them. Getting over most of his depression, he was eager to try and make new friends. This was also the year he learned he was a homosexual. Most girls found him cute, but he was never interested. Jackie and Isaac would sometimes tell him off for not going out with them, but Michael would confess to never really being interested. Seventh year was his worst year in Middle School as he ended up getting into lots of fights and arguments with bullies that troubled him each and every day. Eventually the school administered an aid to Michael and, while he was hostile at first, he eventually warmed up to him. She even gave him a book when he had to leave. Eighth grade, ironically, was his best year of school ever. He had no disciplinary consequences administered on him and even had the courage to seek a boyfriend. Sadly, however, his school was filled with homophobes, so he stayed away from the search and decided to wait until High School.
But he would not be going to High School in America anymore. For Summer Vacation, Michael had taken a trip to Japan. The Bergeron family was staying in a hotel in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo, but no one knows who set the bomb up on that floor. All that was for certain was that Michael and Michael alone had been let out to go sightseeing when his family was killed. America wasn’t going to waste its time coming to pick up one kid who had lost his whole family during summer vacation and obviously no one else would care about him, so Michael had to find a new family in Japan and that’s how he ended up with the Watanabes, who decided to take him in out of the goodness in their hearts (which caught Michael surprised considering how rich they are). He learned Japanese from them for two years, but even now his Japanese vocabulary sucks. But his family felt he was ready to go onto Segumi Academy, so they sent Michael, ignorant and unknowing of its secrets, on towards the school grounds.
Pets: N/A
Job: Cameraman/Actor
Sexuality: Homosexual (What kind of Yaoi RP would this be if the characters were straight? XD)
RP response: How many days have passed? How many lives have been lost? Why… Why did I have to be separated from my friends and family in such a harsh method? Jackie and Isaac must be back in America worrying about me… Having worried about me for two years… And mother… father… even Nicholas… Why did they have to die? What did I do to warrant all of this pain? What could I… What could I possibly have done?
“Ummmmm… excuse me…”
Michael looked up from his room into the eyes of his new sister, Hinata, who was one of the cutest girls he had ever seen, but not cute in that fashion to his mind of course. “Hinata-chan… What is it?”
“Ummmm… well… It’s just… Are you alright Masahiro-kun?”
Michael was used to being called by the nickname they had decided to give him, he considered it a nickname, upon his entry into the Watanabe family. "What do you mean?"
"It's just... you're about to go into Segumi Academy... You don't know a lot of Japanese... You lost your parents... You're deathly afraid of new people... I'm worried about you."
Michael looked at his sister for a moment in a new kind of light. She had always been the quiet type who had hardly spoken to Michael in such a way before. He felt a new kind of respect for her. Smiling softly, he patted her head softly. "I'll be find... It's ok."
"... I just... wish we could've gone to the same school together... It would be nice to get to know you better," Hinata said.
"... ... ... Hey. We'll meet again someday," Michael said softly, patting her hair in a brotherly manner. "I'll see you later. Be good with Hiro, ok?"
"... Ok," Hinata said softly.
It was then that Michael left. While Hiro and Hinata could walk to school, Takeshi had to drive him to school. "We'll pay for anything you need Michael. If you get in a jam, don't hesitate to ask us for anything."
"Hey, come on father. It's bad enough I'm letting you buy me an expensive dorm. I should work for what I'm getting," Michael said, trying to play it off cool. Takeshi was not impressed.
"Stop the act, Michael... No one will like the tough guy attitude at this school. And it's obvious that you're lonely... shy... You're a lot kinder then you act. I know how hard it must be, even after two years..."
"Even after such a long time..." Michael seemed to echo, his eyes wandering off into the skies outside.
"... ... ... Ahhh, we're here," Takeshi said and the car stopped. "Well Michael... good luck."
"Oh... ok," Michael said softly. Stepping out of the car softly, he bowed his respect to Takeshi and smiled. "Goodbye father." Takeshi smiled back and then drove off. Michael turned to face a building that seemed to resemble a church. "Such a... beautiful school..." He began walking towards it as if a trance. "My new school."
